We're excited to announce the successful purchase of a former 1960s office building in Lymington. 

This acquisition marks the beginning of a significant transformation, as we embark on a journey to breathe new life into this overlooked structure and create nine luxurious apartments.

While currently an uninspiring commercial space, we see immense potential in this property. Our vision is to deliver a development that not only provides high-quality residential units but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the surrounding area.

The plan involves a strategic approach, combining the efficiency of Prior Approval with a comprehensive exterior redesign.

Maximise Space with Vertical Expansion ⬆️

Utilising Class AA of Permitted Development, we will add an additional floor, expanding the building's capacity and creating more space for our apartments. 

Change of Use and Georgian Revival 🤌🏼

Employing Class MA, we will convert the building's use from commercial to residential.

Concurrently, we will undertake a full exterior planning application to give the building a stunning Georgian-inspired facelift, injecting timeless charm and elegance into its façade.
