Historically, the most obvious example of passive investing is putting money into a savings account. However, the soaring levels of inflation mean that if you leave your money in a savings account, it will actually be worth LESS than when you put it in!
People are looking for new ways to get their money working harder for them, rather than them working harder for their money!
But is it Really Possible?
Many people believe that it’s impossible for property investing to be truly passive income. They think about project managing refurbishments, managing tenants, dealing with letting agents, utilities, admin, I could go on…
