The exact amount we said, on the exact date that we said. Unless you decide to reinvest like most of our clients!


What we need from you


✔️ We suggest investors get any finance paperwork in place as we will need to move swiftly once the right property comes to market. ✔️ There will be some paperwork to fill out, and we will gladly guide you through it. Thanks to our preliminary work with brokers, we are able to eliminate many of the hurdles that can delay a purchase. ✔️ Payment of your retained investor fee of £1,500 plus VAT. If we don’t find you a suitable property within 90 days, you can get this back!
